Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Brow Goddess Atl website and booking of services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
Age Requirement
Under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. §16-5-71), it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed physician, osteopath, or supervised medical technician to tattoo a person under the age of 18 — including permanent makeup. There is no parental consent exception for our services. All clients must be 18 or older, no exceptions. Valid ID is required at your appointment.
Services Offered
Brow Goddess Atl offers Ombré Brows, Brow Lamination, and Brow Tint + Wax. Current pricing is listed on our website and confirmed at booking. Results vary by individual — healing, skin type, and aftercare all affect the final outcome, and we cannot guarantee an identical result to any photo shown.
Booking & Deposits
- A 20% deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Our studio address is private and is shared only after your deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment
We accept cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Health & Consent
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin conditions, or pregnancy status prior to your appointment. A consent and intake form must be completed before any service. We reserve the right to decline or postpone service if a health concern is disclosed that makes the procedure unsafe.
Photo & Content Use
With your explicit consent (asked separately, in person or in writing), we may photograph or video your results for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. You may withdraw this consent and request removal at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Results vary from person to person. While we take every precaution to provide safe, professional service, PMU is a form of tattooing and carries inherent risks (including but not limited to allergic reaction, infection if aftercare isn't followed, and variation in healed color/shape). By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Brow Goddess Atl is not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or undisclosed health conditions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
